The stilted lodge is nestled in the rainforest with its 11 intimate bungalows providing stunning forest and river views. Knowledgeable guides escort small groups on a range of well-planned activities, providing a personal Amazonian rainforest experience. Explore the creeks and flooded forest by canoe or by boat, take an educational walk through the rainforest, discover the plants and wildlife of this region that is rich in biodiversity, fish for piranha and swim with pink dolphins.

LOCATION

Find yourself in the middle of pristine, primary Amazon rainforest. The lodge is on the river surrounded by lakes and trails all around. The lodge is located about 150km up the Amazon river from Iquitos, Peru. It is near the village of San Juan de Yanayacu. The village belong to the Tamshiyacu-Tahuayo reserve group. The area is known for its rich wildlife including more than 10 species of monkeys, 600 species of birds and numerous other forms of life from the gray and pink dolphins to capybaras. It is trully heaven on earth

The Amazon Lodge has a delightful bar that takes advantage of the Canoe sculptured . At night the Canoe stools and loungers creates an ideal environment for sharing stories with friends and fellow travelers.
